Do you take insurance?

Shannon is able to see clients with Optum, Cigna and Aetna.

Keith accepts optum insurance.

Will therapy work for me?

Therapy can work for anyone who is willing to do the work to find solutions to the problems they are experiencing.

Where is your office?

We conduct all of our appointments on our secure telehealth platform.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice to cancel scheduled appointments.
