Meet Our Team

Shannon is a licensed clinical social worker and a state qualified clinical supervisor who was born and raised in South Florida. Shannon is certified in perinatal mental health from Postpartum Support International. Shannon has 9 years of experience working with a variety of clients but her true passion is helping women who are transitioning to and coping with motherhood. Shannon enjoys helping women who are trying to conceive, pregnant and postpartum to navigate the challenges that come with the motherhood journey. Shannon is a mother to two young children and brings personal experience to guide her work.   

Shannon earned her bachelors degree from the University of Florida in 2008 and her Masters degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2015. Shannon integrates solution focused talk therapy alongside holistic strategies to assist her clients in conquering the life challenges they are facing. Shannon’s goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space to support her clients in achieving their therapy goals.

 Keith is a licensed clinical social worker and qualified supervisor with 6 years of experience working with a wide range of clients. Keith served 10 years in the Marine Corps Infantry including 3 combat deployments. Keith has expertise working with clients suffering from PTSD, anxiety, sleep disturbances, moral injury and bereavement, as well as individuals who are navigating a transitionary period in their lives and couple therapy. Keith's personal and professional experiences allow him to connect with police officers, active-duty military, Veterans and family members of these populations. 

Keith is trained in EMDR, Prolonged Exposure, DBT and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Together he will work with you to determine which modality will get you the results that you are looking for.
